Hello everyone, my name is Elisabete Viriato, I am a mother of two girls and real estate professional for about 3 years.  In this profession what I love most is helping clients in this ever-changing market. In these 3 almost complete years, my experience in this area includes from real estate valuations, market analysis, contract negotiation, always with the aim of satisfying my client.

My first professional experience was in customer service in the hotel business, in the restaurant area, going through several commercial structures throughout life. I gained extensive experience and social skills in direct contact with the client and in interpersonal relationships. Among them, my greatest experience was at Sonae Mc where I was about 14 years.

Throughout these years I have acquired skills and experienced situations that have facilitated me both in problem solving and communication, increasing the ability to face daily objections, always focused on benefiting my client.

As a real estate professional, I understand that buying or selling a property is one of the biggest decisions most people make during their lifetime. My approach is always customer-centric. Your needs are my daily focus. I always promise a personalized and professional service.

It was at Primeland that I grew up in this area and I want to continue to develop my work tools.
